Is there any way you can tell if an email has been read?

When you email someone, is there anyway you can tell whether they have recieved it and read it?

you can with some email software - e.g. Microsoft outlook you can set to give a report when it's received and when it's read. Some people block those receipts so you won't get one from them.

Can you click on Tools, then Options and the Receipts? I use IncrediMail and it has a Read Receipt option.

I use hotmail- can you do it on that?

Also is there anyway I can have two MSN accounts running at the same time, in differnt names - maybe if i downloadsed it twice or something?

use windows messenger for one and msn for the other

I want to be able to talk to the same person at the same time under two different names. ie - in two seperate conversation boxes.
