Checking if a website is kosher before I spend nigh on £100

I'm looking to buy a dress from this website Heavenly communions.co.uk

I know there's a way of checking if they are ok but I can't remember

Can anyone either let me if you have used them or let me know how I can check.

Check the vat registration number, see who owns the site on Whois and search companies house if they are a ltd company - info should be on their website if they are.
