when i try and CAT anyone it takes me to the page teling me to pay?

what have i dont wrong? do i need to click anything or confirm payment somewhere?

Did you pay for your sub before they discontinued it and went to paying for CAT? If so, email them and ask for CAT privileges until your year runs out.
