How do i delete my site history on an address bar completly?

Dont want xdp to know what i have been looking at, at all - dating sites. How do i remove them?

I'd just password your PC and not let him on it

Go to tools - internet options - delete cookies and clear history.

He would figure it out the sly bugger...

anyone know how to delete the google searches?

y'know, when you type something into google search and as soon as you put 's' it comes up with a whole load of things beginning with a 's' that you've searched for before?

where's the google toolbar? is it so obvious I've missed it?

well mine isn't there all the time, I can make it disaapear by going to veiw, toolbars and clicking google.

I'm not sure how to do it is you can get a tool bar up though...

If you don't have the google toolbar, and you're in IE, then try tools, internet options, content tab, autocomplete button, then remove autocomplete for forms and clear form history. Think that should do it, although I use firefox and don't know how to do it in there!

I'm in firefox too, and would also like to know how to delete google history mine is full of crap! I don't have the google toolbar either.

airy - I don't want to clear mine so haven't tested this, but just had a quick look at the options, and think you would do it in firefox by selecting tools, options, privacy tab, saved forms tab, then untick the 'save.....' section, and click the 'clear saved form data now' button.
