children's hairdresser in twickenham?

anyone know of one? my hairdresser (who, when i mentioned taking ds in again, looked positively terrified after the last time) thinks there is one. he also mentioned one in clapham. clapham's a bit too far for me to travel just for a haircut, but if anyone knows the twickenham one, or anywhere else close-ish to richmond/kew, please let me know!

last time many tears were shed, ears nearly cut off, and 3 packs of buttons consumed...

Hello,

There's a very good hairdresser in Teddington called Elements-they do children's hair if that's any help?

foxinsocks · 07/08/2006 17:36

if it is specifically for a ds (rather than a dd) there's a barber in Teddington who is fab with kids - but to warn you in advance (in case you are a sweet nazi ) he/she gives them a lolly to sit still! He is on Church Road in Teddington. Can't remember his name but he's near the Broad Street end. Often think barbers are easier for wriggly boys because they tend to cut the hair v quickly!

I'm sure you'll have a barber closer to you though...

(been meaning to try Elements - are they good for women's hair rabbitrabbit?)

Tutter · 07/08/2006 17:46

thanks both. no, am definitely not a sweets nazi - if it meant a calm haircut i'd give him a king size mars bar .

is the barbers just a drop-in place?

yes it is (there's another barber on the High Street aswell - lots of boys in there but I've never used them)

Hello . The barbers near to the post office in Teddington is supposed to be good also-a friend's little boy uses it.

Hi Fox-Elements is great. Ask for Candy if you try it as she's brilliant.

foxinsocks · 07/08/2006 18:15

thanks rabbit - I must get my haircut!

the barber rabbit is talking about is the barber on the High Street so you have your pick if you come down this way!

Tutter, would the barber in Kew not cut it for you - they're fast and cheap.

You know proper old fashioned barber next door to the flower shop.
