Anyone know anything about Community Legal Service Partnerships?

This is a very cheeky request but I have been shortlisted for a job where I have to give a 10 min presentation on the key challenges facing the management of CSLPs in the future. I have been doing some research on the net but wondered if there was anyone out there with any direct experience. The role I have applied for is a new direction for me which is why I don't have the direct experience/knowledge of this field. If anyone does have any comments I would be extremely grateful.

I am extremely nervous about this as I have to attend an assessment centre where I am expected to give the presentation, participate in a group discussion, take verbal reasoning, numeracy and personality tests, do a written exercise and have an interview...phew!

Debster, trusting that this isn't a thinly veiled attempt to flush out my real identity, I'd be very happy to talk to you about CLSPs as it's what I did for work before I became SAH two years ago now.

My knowledge might be a little out of date, but I'm still in touch with old colleagues (and could put you in touch with them if that would help) and I managed the setting up of a dozen or so Partnerships, including one of the Pioneers working closely with the LCD (as it was then). I can also pass on what I know of LSC assessment centres as I had to go through a few of them myself and then use them when recruiting my team.

You can contact me using the contact another talker route and I'd be happy to correspond via email or on the phone.

Good luck,
Bear.
