I have a mothercare 3way baby carrier and no instructions. Putting baby in seems straight forward, but actually putting the thing on if you're on your own seems little tricky.. any hints, tips or instructions greatly appreciated.

Right,Do strap up round waist,do cross overstraps up round back and the right arm and leg holes fastened to correct tightness.
So when you put babes left leg and arm in one side of carrier is secure, then put your hand on babes back to make sure they dont fall out and secure left side.
My ds was nearly 10lb at birth
and after lots of attempts this was the easiest way.

Hope this makes sense, once you get the hang of it you will be fine.
Laying ds in it first and hoisting him up didnt work

Ensure waist & shoulder straps tightened correctly before attempting to introduce baby(especially if two of you use it & are of differing size!).

Then hold baby in it with right forearm whilst securing both clips on one side, then the other. Then fiddle with the velco-y bits.
