wood bed and dresser???

looks worse at minute cos still have manky blue velvet curtains up and dd's bed rail is luminous yellow..but we think we've made a very expensive mistake in letting dd choose carpet colour..

bed and dresser are lovely..in a cream room...argghhh
so a quick makeover seems to mean new bed and wardrobe???

Argos do nice pink beds and dressers, or white.

can you paint the bed and wardrobe

Can't you get some curtains that bring the cream and the pink together?

paint the bed and dresser white or off-white with an eggshell paint, then hang pretty pink and white/cream curtains or blinds.

DD's room is pink and cream with wooden furniture and I think it looks fine. Just change the curtains.

Added a cream "mosquito net" drape, over the bed to soften it a bit.

well havent finished yet as had friends over most of day, but took blue curtains down and dp put cream black out blind up and its looking better already..got cream curtain to go up to, then will decide if wood needs painting..hope not cos i think ill cock it up

put up cream black out blind(not as dark as would have been with cerise one but better overall) and white pole with her cream curtains, pink flower tie rounds...and you dont really notce the wood!
also all her bits and bobs and teddies etc are her cream white light pink ones(yes i am anal), so its all tying in nicely
we are going to guy her either a set of drawer or wardobe in washed white with pink heart handles, then it will just be her bed, so will have a go painting that if it looks odd
