I trod on a toy, stumbled adn trod on another toy and totally lost my balance in DS's room.

I tried to catch myself be grabbing the radiator, which only resulted in me bruising my hand and getting a weird shiny friction burn.

I fell on my hip and something "popped".

I couldnt move for a minute. I think i might have strained a muscle in my hip trying to catch myself....

NOt taken painkillers - had only had paracetamol 2 hours ago for a headache ffs!

I think hip might have popped in and out as i fell.

I have hyperflexive joints so I wouldnt be surprised. I think though, the worst i've done is pull a muscle.

I couldnt get to a hospital if i wanted to. Unless i called an ambulance....dont think its really THAT serious lol!
