on the msn messenger...the picture bit is not there at all

ive already have as i used to be on 7.5 one and thats when its disappeared so ive downloaded "wiondow live messenger" and still teh same! sobs!!

Get the messenger screen up.... on the righthand side there should be a little rectangle with an arrow in it - not in the typing windown but on the frame.... click on that and the pictures will appear!

ive used it before and done it before but there is nothing there at all - no little rectangle with an arrow on it just blank

Have you been into Tools...options...personal? There is a little box to check saying if you want a display picture up...

No worries If you go into the 'general' tab in tools there's a box for others display pictures too.
