NTL have disconnected my fecking phone 6 days too soon...aaaaargrrhhh

what a bunch off tossers.
weve only just got broad band back on cos they cocked up with that and made us lose loads of personal files and now the ar***s have gone and switched the phone off 6 days before disconnection day!
we had all this crap last year so thats why weve had free line renatl for last 12 months but id rather pay their shitting bills than have all this hasslle.Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Ring them up and be fierce with them. Rikng them 5 times if you have to!! I know they are a nightmare. We have phone and broadband with them and our phonebill is overdue but the broadband is paid so they cut off the broadband... when i rang them they said it ws done as an inscentive to pay my phone bill and they'd put it back on when the phone was paid.

3 phonecalls later broadband was back on. Idiots.

i managed to get a signal on my stupid mobile for 10 seconds to ask my mam to ring so am waiting to here from them

well mam made several phone calls and last one said well put her back on NOW..guess what!

so gunna have to go to mams in morn, ring them myself, kick thier arse then will have to trudge dd round supermarket cos that is what i should be doing while ringing those gormelos gits

went to mams today spent an hour on hold only to be told we had not been disconnected???(two people yesterday told dp we had!!!)
i then remebered our new neighbours out back had ntl line put in yesterday morn...RSholes have pulled out cable out and put their in
so now the idiot on the phone tells me the problem will be escalated and we will definatly be back in service by sunday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WE F***G MOVE MONDAY< SO THEYLL BE SWITCHING IT ON AND OFF IN MATTER OF HOURS..IF THEY SWITCH IT BACK ON AT ALL....AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRGH

I wouldn't be surprised if they reconnect the old house instead of the new one.

We've lived in our house for a year and there has always been an ntl ariel here - if we plug it into the tv we get ntl cable tv lol
