sorry you feel that way. I might have responded had I seen whatever thread it is you're talking about though.

SherlockLGJ · 04/07/2006 20:04

CoV

You are being unfair, it was a slow few days the temperature outside was stultifying and people were not MNing.

I appreciate you were upset, but that is the way MN is sometimes, there was no Malice afore thought, just a lack of posters.

COV -what you've been through is upsetting in many ways. You probably feel all over the place, physically, emotionally and mentally. Talk to people about how you feel -here or in real life, but don't bottle it up and don't cut your ties with MN as I'm sure you can get a lot from everyone here.

just found what you are on about. I am so sorry i didnt repsond to your thread at trhe time, but in my defence thursday was the first of the heart programmes and i was caught up in my own grief.

ComeOVeneer · 04/07/2006 20:16

Sherlock I am not blaming anyone but myself. I am disappointed in my reaction to the lack of response of (to the most part) total strangers and then realising that it is a problem of mine rather than a fault of theirs.

Hi COV, just posted on your other thread.

I didnt realise what was going on, i only usually check threads in active convos, and now i work 4 evenings a week, unless like now, im not busy i dont get to see much.

Plus i was, VERY unusually, babysitting last Friday.

Im sorry you are feeling so down. Dont take it personally. LGJ is right, in the heat most people are out and about.

what I actually feel is let down by myself in how upset I feel about the response I have had on the threads posted. It has made me realise that I feel this is a far to significant thing in my life that I feel so personal about the fact that it was not posted on by many people. Normally I am a level headed individual but atm I am all over the place. I'm sure I will ultimately get over it and come grovelling back.

COV, that sounds like a depressed-ish response - you have had a lot of tough stuff going on lately, haven't you? Look after yourself and make everybody around you look after you too, please. I'm not one for hugs generally but please have one {}

VeniVidisco · 04/07/2006 20:38

COV - at the risk of sounding patronising, it is very likely that hormones are making you very sensitive to everything atm.

Its common to get hormonal "blues" after a mc/termination because the hormone levels change back.

Probably not the best time to go wallow quietly in a corner.

Get it into perspective by all means. But, and after seeing several threads today, dont dismiss the good of MN, come here and talk it out.

xxx

SenoraPostrophe · 04/07/2006 20:38

cov - please leave any decisions for a few days. hormones make you feel more strongly about things than you normally would, and you've just had a surge of them.

SenoraPostrophe · 04/07/2006 20:39

oooh, jinx!
