pregnancy symptoms on the contraceptive implant?!

wasn't sure what topic to put this in sorry if in wrong place. I was on the injection fr a long time but 6 months ago changed to the implant however its giving me symptoms of pregnancy! I am 100% not pregnant we use condoms for extra safety as I'm paranoid lol and I have done tests just in case but its doing my head in! anyone else get this? constant heartburn (which o Farley normally get) feeling sick, weeing constantly, craving things I do t mor ally eat! I must emphasise that I am deffinatly not pregnant just wondered if this is common? thanks

Hi, I suffered all of these symptoms and massive weight gain when I had the implant for a year.

If they don't settle in the next couple of weeks, book a GP appointment.
You may want to consider a change to something else. I got the Mirena coil and have no sypmtoms and no bleeding. HTH

I'm not aloud the coil due to a history of septacimia and so they won't give it in case it causes it which osannpoying as that was my first choice. can't have the pill because if had blood clots so the only options o know of are the injection and implant unfortunately. glad I'm not the only one if been spending a small fortune on pregnancy tests lol! x
