lost a freezer full of food.....AGAIN!!!!

I'm soooo mad.
fridge freezer has broken down again, now have a freezer full of mush!
it broke down last year so took out a mastercare protection plan to get it repaired and cover it for a year.
I was told when I bought the plan it would cover the contents as well as repairs but no!
Feel I've been misled and now have to wait days to get it repaired and no food. Arghhhhhhhhhh!

your home insurence may cover the food.

claimed for the food last year which they paid no problem but of course its now gone up.
If I claim again god knows what the insurance will go up to....think it might be cheaper just to buy a new fridge freezer than this keep happening
