DS found a Chicken bone in McDonalds Mcchicken sandwich!!!

We were on holiday this week and took the DS's to McD's for lunch. DS1 (8) was eating his Mini McChicken sandwich (99p menu) and found a really sharp bone over an inch long!! He spat it out and I went to ask the manager to record it so that I could send it off to Head Office but they took it off me and asked for my details, they were really horrified and v apologetic. Anyone had anything similar to this happen, and what did the company do? I was so glad it wasn't DS2 (2) - he could have choked on it!!!

That implies that they use chickens in chicken burgers. Next you'll be trying to tell us it's real beef in the burgers....

Dead weird what can end up in food. My favourite is the woman who found a tumour in the chicken nuggets which burst!! BARF

Yes, I got mouldy pancakes from McD's once. The kids were eating them, then noticed they were mouldy. I took them back, and they asked for all our details, and - surprise, surprise! - I never heard anything more. Wish i'd kept one in the freezer as evidence.

my mom brought a bag of frozen chicken breasts once from sainsburys and when she got them out to derost found fly eggs all over one of them they gave her a £25 voucher for it.
