ssd, my mistake, it was 9 rather than 10.
I went to bed at 8.30 pm.
Ds gets up at 5.30-6 am every day.
And I didn't get up for the stables - that was a copying error.

But I do normally get a ggod 9 hours sleep.
As a diabetic, I have always needed ALOT of sleep.
That's why I am called Oblomov - because I spend most of my time, in my dressing gown, desperate to get back into bed, at any opportunity !!!
