Worlds worst move..EVER!
ok so our vendor have given woman at end of chain until tomorrow to exchange contract to complete on day we all agrred on (17th July)
Her solicitor said .."We will definatly be in a position to exchange contract BY next Friday"..this was last Friday..was told it should happen today..needless to say it hasnt..so it HAS TO BE tomorrow otherwise our vendor is pulling out and whole chain will go tits up
i really need a miracle here..everyone(solicitors/agents) are saying it all looks as if it will be fine and go ahead as planned..but im very concerned..why couldnt end of chain exhange contract earlier??..like last week?..or 4 weeks ago when we all agreed date put forward by her!....
am bricking it!
