getting a massive amount of money like taht can make you go crazy and buy a MILLION pound house, which you then realise you can't keep because actually you were never rich in the first place - you just ahd a windfall.

far better to get a really nice place, which you can keep and spend spend spend on the luxuries you have never been able to afford.
