This tragic case was in the news a couple of days ago - a couple's baby died after being delivered by forceps and the postmortem showed a severely fractured skull. I think it was a case of law rather than a General Medical Council thing, but I don't know what happened and can't find any information on any of the newspaper sites. My husband thought they had lost the case but I can't find anything either way. I am keen to get more information about this case - has anyone heard anything?
