Yesterday was the longest day....it's always the 21st June

a year is 365 and a quarter days so we have leap years with an extra day

does that make 21st sometimes not the longest day?
does it move date?
is it the longest day in other countries too?
is it the shortest day in australia?

who decided that we would all use the calandar we use?

help???
