Baby oil takes off the glue from plasters, maybe it would work on tattoos? You have to let it soak in a bit before rubbing.

Have heard that soemthing oily helps remove... baby oil; olive oil?

Used baby oil and baby wipes on DSs at NYE, when they did Harry Potter ones on the faces!

I used a scouring pad on my face when I got hair dye on it. That works, and has excellent exfoliating properties.
