Don't think they grow quinoa in North Wales, unless they've relocated Wales to South America while I wasn't looking. Farm shops may not be the best place.

moondog · 16/06/2006 09:19

There is a Tescos in Porthmadog which might have it.
Morrisson's in Caernarfon deffo has it.

Not many shops around Tudweiliog but farmers sell stuff from farms, also seafood.

Farmers' market in Morrisson's carpark in Bangor every Sunday (oh,the irony!!)

Couple of nice delicatessens in Pwllheli town centre.

NotQuiteCockney · 16/06/2006 09:19

Oh, and if you're looking for a new project after knitting a uterus, I saw a lovely pattern online for a knitted digestive tract.

Filly,it's nice enough now.
(Wave to me as you go through Bontnewydd,-just after Caernarfon!)

NotQuiteCockney · 16/06/2006 09:27

\link{http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=60206.msg568688\Here} is the knitted digestive system. It looks quite cute. You need lots of colours, though.

FillyjonktheFluffy · 16/06/2006 09:28

ok so I either do a 2 hour drive to caernarfon, using up lots of oil, or I go to tescos porthmadog.

hmmm. Which?

maybe i should post this on the enivornment board.

if it helps, i can't be arsed with a 2 hour drive
