If I want to ebay a lovely fire surround, how can I get it delivered to buyer?

I had a go at ebaying a lovely fire surround that we have but it didn't get sold as I couldn't work out how to ship it (one woman really wanted it but she was in Cornwall and I am in London). I would be prepared to drive it myself to anywhere in S. London, but I'd really like to be able to offer shipping. I emailed ParcelForce to see if they took large, awkward stuff, but they didn't ever email back. Anyone got any ideas?

how big is it? I once emailed a large bike with parcels2go.com. They deliver up to 25kg, or charge extra for over that. It also states a max length of 4 feet/1.22 metres. The maximum volume of any one parcel is 4 cubic feet/0.11 cubic metres. Any good?
