and ive asked what the widest measurement meaning from little toe to the big toe

hmm, that would be a rather large shoe if the 6.5 across the toes...no idea LOL

mind you that would be a bit small too.

no cos 65cm is 25.5in and 650mm is 6.5in

They look as if they have measured the very end of the toe which could well be 6,5cm

6500mm is 2.5in - i think

Rather than measure across the flat sole from small to big toe they must have measured over and across the top of the shoe IYSWIM?

well she said from little toe to the toe ball joint

thats it then, the very end of the toe the square bit is what they have measured, it looks about 2.5 inches wide. What you want is the width of the sole i suspect.
