I just wondered how you decide which ones to use

And was it worth it?

We are thinking of moving but don't live in the area and have little time to look. I figured they could do the legwork and they should have advance access to stuff so we may end up with a better house.

Or is it just a rip-off?

They want to charge 1.5% which seems rather a lot to me
