Anyone got a Healthshield, HSA or Healthsure cash plan?

Has it been useful or is it a waste of money?

dp had hsa and we got cash when i had dd..we dont have it now cos it was provided by his last employeres but was fab at time!

None of those companies but in a similiar scheme.

I wear glasses so mine pretty much pays for itself if I replace specs each year. Anything else I claim for is a bonus IYSWIM.

Nice bonus cash when kids were born, but that benefit not much use to me now.

Was a godsend when DH was in hospital long term - he was in a hospital out of town so the payments covered all my travelling, amongst other things.
