how to wean from bottle to cup with milk feed!!

Hello can anyone give any ideas or advice on how to introduce a cup instead of a bottle for milk feed in the morning first of all then the bed time one my little boy is 14 months and i have been told he should be drinking his milk from a cup now!!!!

I would take him shopping and let him chose an age appropriate cup. Once you have made the decision, chose one drink a day to start with and don't offer a bottle. He won't deliberately dehydrate himself and if he is still having his bedtime bottle he will get milk then, and you can build up gradually.
