I loathe with a vengence this wench in work who chases other peoples dreams, applies for their course (bats her eyelids so she gets he only funding available so she can go on the course) that you want, applies for the secondments you do so you are forced to split them with her (so she ends up on the unit when there are jobs going) and when there is a job going she tells stories to the managers to make sure you don't get the job! WITCH! any hints or tips to sort this situation out bearing in mind she has already forced to of my colleagues off the ward because she wanted what they had or was jelous of them!
