Couldn't believe it! We went to the NIA on Sat to see Litle Britain live and I was horrified to see how many people ghad taken their kids along for the evening!!! The show was far more risque than the TV series and there were kids as young as 7 or 8 there with parents!!! Loads of kids of around 11/12 who would probably have understood a lot of it. I mean there was swearing, sexual jokes, racial jokes, a naked man (DW!!) , just not on really. I would have been really put off if a child had been seating next to me!! And it's not cheap - tickets were at least £30 each!!!
I thought it was extremely bad of the parents but surely the venue should have an adult only policy for these kinda shows
Anyway what do you think?

It is surprising how many 10 year olds (and younger) watch the show on TV as well.

Unbelievable. We went to see it in Manchester and there were a couple of children on stage aged about 8/9 years old which we thought a bit off really. No way is it suitable for children, but very very funny for grown ups. Smile

My 8-yr-old came home from school quoting catchphrases from the show and asked if he could watch it? I said no, and probably his friends hadn't seen it either but were mimicking older sibs or parents. But no, apparently 2 kids watchit regularly. Agree, live show is more risque than the tv programme, but still wouldn't want my 8-yr-old to see it!
Envy that you went to see it though :)

Is it the real ones or the ones that look like them because they are doing a show as well .

I went to see Jimmy Carr and some bloke had taken his 12 yr old son along.

"Not your absolutely best parenting decision, is it?" sneered Jimmy.

And given that half the jokes were about paedophilia, and the other half about anal sex, he might have had a point.
