my friggin toolbar bit at the bottom of the computer screen has moved!?

how do i move it back, its now on the right hand side of my screen running from top to bottom. its bloody annoying. its not the top bit you put your websearch in, its the bottom bit with startup on. cheers for anyone that can solve it

you need to click it with your left mouse button and then hold the button down while you drag the toolbar back where you want it - it's a bit fiddly and fussy but eventually it'll let you! if I remember rightly, drag the mouse all the way down the right hand side and then along the bottom before releasing the buttin
