that was all i heard - was in my car having a ciggie. any road up - i thought this was an ever so pleasent way of saying spoiled little shits with no discipline.

i think a lot of parents are just too lazy to say no to kids!

i think it means that parents mistakenly do not discipline their children in the mistaken belief that they are being good parents.
