You know the sort of thing I mean? Where your buttocks are attempting to rest themselves on the top of your thighs? Is it an age thing, or can anything be done?

Lots of squats and other nasty painful bum lifting exercises.

It's icky isn't it. I thought I had some string brushing the top of my thigh...It was my arse!

Squat - Stand with legs hip distance apart. Bend knees until thighs are parallel to ground and hold, slowly straighten up.

Lunge. Standing up hands on hips take a big step forward and then bend knees until leg behind has shin parallel to ground, slowly step back and swap legs
