Ok so I let DS2 iin the garden in his cream trousers...

...and now they are covered in wet dirt.

I just didn't think before he went outside.

So, how do I clean them? Soak in hot soapy? or just vanish and wash as normal and hope for the best?

Would waiting for them to dry and brushing the worst of the dirt out work?

they have dried a bit now and I dont think that will work.... It's ridiculous, DS1 wore them for 6 months or so and they were still pristine at the end of it. DS2 has been wearing them for about a month and they are already ruined :(

I had the same problem with dd1 in light trousers! She jumped in a big muddy puddle! Still stained now! sure there must be a way to get it out but im afraid i dont know what it is
