Couldn't find one so I'll start it.

I am the only person in my house who can:
mow the lawn
check the car tyre pressure (yes really)
change the bedlinen (hoho)
organise a fantastic child's party
bake a birthday cake
remember to buy birthday presents for all the parties
order an indian takeaway

See I am a woman of many talents, even if I can't cartwheel.

I bet you are on Christmas card duty every year too. I am the only one with that talent in this house.

Linnet · 13/04/2006 00:53

In my house I'm the only person who can...
play the piano
Drive (just passed my test so I'm still extremely chuffed about this one)

SparklyGothKat · 13/04/2006 00:56

I am the only one who can
change the bedding
clean the toliet
and empty the 2 bathroom bins.

harpsichordcarrier · 13/04/2006 07:46

I am apparently the only person in this house who can:
answer the phone
bring the washing in from the line
take things upstairs

threebob · 13/04/2006 07:52

In my house I am the only one who can put ds's clothes away, despite labelling his drawers and hangers.

FrannyandZooey · 13/04/2006 07:52

Cleaning the toilet is a thing of mystery here too. Also:

throwing out out of date / mouldy food
phoning anyone, at all, without being reminded to 7 times
thinking about what to have for dinner earlier than 5 minutes beforehand
shutting cupboard doors
having a shower while simultaneously looking after a toddler
in fact, multi-tasking in any way whatsoever

harpsichordcarrier · 13/04/2006 07:55

when dd1 was just two, I suggested to dh that he might give her a bath (we were on holiday)
his reply - well it's a two man job really Wink
bloody good job it's just a one woman job, otherwise she would only get a bath once a week then
he's a bit more, ahem, confident now

Littlefish · 14/04/2006 11:33

I can put a chocolate hobnob in my mouth, chocolate side up and then flip it over inside my mouth, using my tongue and take it out, chocolate side down. Not that I've got a bit mouth or anything you understand ! Grin

I can play tennis.

If we can include things we used to be able to do, I used to be able to speak and write Welsh fluently - am now severly out of practice Sad!!

PutAPeachyInYourSimnelCake · 14/04/2006 14:06

Wire a plug
solder a circuit board
put in a car stereo
sing (but I'm too shy to do it in public)
bake
cook a great casserole
make all 350 christmas Ccards, not just write the blinkin things!
'tame' (or at least establish a relationship with) feral cats (I have a knack with them)

Always find enough money for cakes
