Have just found this on the Sun's website - am flabbergasted!

Celebdaq is a sort of Stock Exchange based on celebrities - it's a BBC thing - here . You start out with £10,000 and buy "shares" in 1 or more celebs, if lots of people buy the same ones the value goes up, and once a week they pay a dividend based on how much they were in the press (Fleet Street, Heat and Now - you get extra for broadsheet inches.) Completely pointless but good fun and very compulsive! After you top £1m you start again with £10,000 but you get an icon next to your name worth £1m.

Should have said "buy" "shares"! Pity though - I started in Aug/Sept and have about £7m now...

Janh, I did celebdaq for a while too and then I gave up because I couldn't handle the frustration at it not being real money!
