Lost jellycat elephant soother - little one unconsolable

I unfortunately left my sons jellycat elephant soother at a hotel over the weekend. The poor thing is so sad this evening. Unfortunately it was bought in 2009 so the range has been retired. It is the plain light blue one with the elephant in the middle. If anyone knows where I might find one or has one that is not used please can you let me know as the hotel cannot find it. Thanks

Oh dear, have you tried a search on the net for ellie and raff, they do an elephant comforter with the elephant in the middle.

Have you tried the website 'just jellycat'. My sister got a relaplacement out of season bunny for her son from there.

cookielove · 02/12/2012 20:06

is it any of these ones

MiniTheMinx · 02/12/2012 20:07

These are beautiful, mine ( aged 7, Shock I might add!) has one of these by teddy Kompaniet which is a german firm, he has the elephant with legs not the blanket though. They are lovely quality and this elephant one can be personalised, maybe it would cheer him up, to see his name on a new one?

I have bought my dd countless tesco bunny comfort blankets on eBay over the years, there is a good chance you might find one on there.

Can you call the hotel and ask them to send it back to you? I wouldn't have thought they would toss it. Worth a phone call at least Smile

is this it? there are loads of different ones on ebay under jelly cat and jelly kitten

LH1 · 02/12/2012 20:29

Skybluesapphire - that's the one. I have trawled eBay and
Loads of other sites today looking for one and could not find it. Thank you so much I am going to buy it now.

Thank you to everyone else for the suggestions. I am still hoping the hotel might find it in their laundry somewhere but at least I will have a spare
Thank you again

Let it go Tiggy

That does raise some questions actually. There are plenty of threads where people recommend particular holiday cottages, for instance - I've done it myself. I've not yet seen deletions on those threads because it offends Siblu. So was the deletion here because MN thought self-promotion was taking place, or what?

MardyBraWouldDoEddieRedmayne · 03/02/2013 11:51

Because there are several jellycat threads running at once snazzy

headbear · 05/05/2013 00:26

Hi,

It is worth checking out The Gorge Bear Co and World of Bears for Jellycat Jellycat at WorldofBears

No guarantees but we can find out

Paul
