DD ends up looking like a monster

christmas she had impetigo

this time she has .. big graze on upper lip, scratch on nose, 3 scratches on cheek, cluster of spots on other cheek, chaped lips

she's gorgeous ... she really is .. but she looks like quasimodo atm

I see nobody cares

dgs3 always looks injured and he's a beaut underneath too!

It's just one of natures laws! Your beautiful, perfect, angel child ALWAYS gets disfiguring illness/injury around the time of family visits/weddings/birthdays/visits to photographers.

It isn't just your DD!!

she is also experiencing a grotesque attack of the "2's"

We are always ill when we go, or are supposed to go and see dh's dad. He thinks we have permanently got colds etc.

We do have them quite often but not ALL the time...
