He will be 6. I can't think of anything. I've got him a boomerang which he's been asking for but nothing else yet. I don't want to get him any computer/ps2 games as he is solitary enough as it is. Any suggestions?

\link{http://www.mothercare.com/invt/lx1400&bklist=\heres the wobble deck(can get from other places)}

Ooh the wobble deck looks quite good. I haven't got room for a trampoline, but I had been thinking about a swing ball. I really need to get my garden more secure though, I worry if they are outside at the moment. Thanks. :)

The wobble deck is good! ds2 has lots of fun on his trying the different levels.DD1 2.11 tries to stand on it too.Swing ball can be taken apart and stored in a shed.Base filled with sand/water would be heavy to nick so would be ok outside i would think.

Rickman!

Have you seen Hawkin's Bazaar - you'd be bound to find something in there? You can order online, I get 3/4 of the kids Christmas presents from Hawkin - great customer service too.

How long til the big guy's birthday?

SofiaAmes · 06/04/2006 08:09

I just bought a metal detector for a class mate of my son's for his 6th birthday. Both my son and my dh were very dissappointed that the present wasn't for them. It was surprisingly cheap ($15 which is about £9). It was in the science section of toys r us here in the usa. I bet you can get it there too.
