ebay purchase arrived cracked and chipped,whats the usual procedure?

The item is only worth 49p and 2.50 p&p,can't really be bothered to send it back ,should I ask for a refund?

email them and tell them, have you left feedback yet??

if you want a refund you will have to return it though....

Email the seller and wait for their reply. If it is not a full refund or free replacement then contact ebay.

have emailed the seller,haven't left feedback.I don't feel it warrants a neg feedback as it was packaged well.She's got 100% pos so don't want to ruin it for the sake of 49p.
