At the risk of really **ing people off this morning, I want to do more exercise this year. DOn't need to diet (sorry folks.....genetics.....)
Before DS, I was a member of a gym, danced from being tiny so was always quite fit, rann sports clubs at school, went to aerobics etc etc etc (sorry - I can feel the filty looks already)
I just feel 'bleurgh' now though and haven't done exercise properly for nearly 2 years (oh my god!!) and this isn't normal for me.
So if I haven't annoyed you enough for you to stop reading, can you suggest what I could do....
I work full0time and am knackered on an evening...don't have much time to myself....and fancy something a bit different
and oh, i HATE swimming....

Personally I don't use videos cos I just pack in when I get out of breath. I need the motivation of a class or being 2 miles from home to keep me going!

I might con my mum into an hours babysitting once a week - what type of class is good???

Not keen on the idea of aerobics.

Thanks pops

Other than that - I'm a single mum, so going out to places isn't easy.

stupidgirl, I suppose it depends what is available to you locally. I attend a very good aerobics class (I am the most unco-ordinated person ever so the instructor must be very good), I also enjoy BodyPump (exercising with weights to music) and BodyBalance (a mixture of yoga, pilates and tai chi).

Also try your local leisure centre, our one has a great creche, the kids really enjoy their time there and I get a chance to do something for me.

Just thought I'd check in to see if you've all managed to fit in the exercise (extra or otherwise )
