Has anybody tried ADIOS for weight loss???????

need to shift about a stone, saw these today in boots but before i shell out, thought i would see if any mnetters have tried it.

would you recommend it? or shall i just wire my jaw together?

I tried it once for a month and I thought it was shite - did nothing at all for me. Don't get me wrong, I did lose weight but that was because I seriously cut down on my food and alcohol. When I stopped the tablets I still carried on losing weight

They really are much cheaper than Adios

Worth a try at that price I'd say - even if only for the psychological effect they could have

it would be worth checking the strength on the back of the pack.

maybe the boots ones are much weaker in strength?

Hi, I've been taking 3 a day for the last month. Don't really think it's worked in weight amount, but feel slimmer and have lost an inch off waist and hips. Am refusing to weigh myself until I've finished the bottle. Apparently to ge the full effect, (urban myth??), you're supposed to start taking them on the first day of your period to blend in with your hormone/metabolism changes. Hoping it works!! Also, had no side effects - good for me, as I get side effects with everything..
Will let you know result of my trial if you like..

I looked at those today but bought some apple cider tablets instaed. anyone had any success with these?
