DD2 is in assembly tomorrow morning. I've been away for a week and have just been informed by her father that she needs a toga for assembly first thing in the morning.

So my lovely ladies.............. what do I do? (About the toga... not the man!)

Sheet and safety pins. Bedsheet might be too big though - have you got a flat sheet for a cot? Wrap round under her armpits and over one shoulder and pin (carefully ).

Yes just a white sheet wrapped around her will do fine.

have just done Togas with Ds' class today, its really easy. Take a piece of string tied round the waist, put the sheet down the front of the body under the string, over the left arm, under the right arm and back up over the left shoulder, pin into place,

oooh I say... she's only 7!!!!!!!!!!! lol

OK. Obviously not as sexy - not so much leg. Honestly, you try and be helpful and all you get is bloody criticism >

We used a large adult plain white t-shirt with a belt - it was fine.

all went well... the sexy look just didn't work

There were various styles of toga on show. DD2's just passed muster lol
