DH ran our car into the back of another car (stopped at junction) this morning and has just come home and told me. Alas he didn't get the name of the owner/driver of the other car, nor did he get the registration number or any other info. He did manage to give the other driver our name, address and phone numbers though. Our car just has a cracked nu,ber plate, but it seems the other driver said he had whip lash and was off right away to hospital. Help! Any advice? DH hasn't contacted insurance company yet (think he feels a dumbo for not getting any information) ...
