New user agreement states...

so this means that they can give my personal photos to someone else to publish??????

I'd say pretty much. I'm not a lawyer I thought I'd pass it on as somebody in NZ showed it to me.

Really??? Not impressed with that. I thought my photos were safe on there with password protection!

Anyone know of an alternative I can use for my photos? And then I can remove them form photobucket and send them an e-mail saying why.
