how the hell do i get hold of social services?

mornin all.
Nothin life or death im afraid, i am trying to arrange for my partner to adopt my daughter. contacted the adoption services through their website and got a lovely email back saying contact your social services.

Now its proberly just because im crap on the pc and net but i can find them for ireland, and scotland and even usa but i can not find a number for cambridgeshire!!!

I dont even kno2 who else to approach to ask.

Also on a completely different matter if neone knows or sees dazedandconfusedmum please direct her to me as i would be interested in her pushchair.

it doesnt, wel the number it has cant help me and the sily person didnt know who to direct me to.
i feel like i am the only person around here that wants to adopt, which its stupid.

look in your phone book under Cambridgeshire (if thats where you live) County Council and there should be social services under a sub-heading
