I'm a student of the Open University studying the factors that affect the success of parenting online communities and the reasons why members join and remain active members. I'm planning on posting a couple of questionnaires over the next few weeks, a link to the the first one, focused on moderation and administration of mumsnet.com, is below.
I would really, really appreciate if you could take the time to go through and answer as many of the questions that you can in the attached survey. It should take you no more than 15 to 20 minutes to complete. The answers that you provide will be used purely in the completion of a Msc dissertation.
