This is just to say,
Hi, i'm Angie and i've been a mumsnetter for about six months now
I can't remember who i thought of when i had a problem,(apart from dp of course),before i met all of you. It is the time of year to be sentimental and i just wanted you all to know how much i love this site and chatting to all of you! I have laughed (out loud of course), and nearly cried at lots of posts. I also feel i've learned better little tips than i ever read in any baby book. I sometimes can't wait to get on mumsnet and see what everyones chatting about today!
I feel i've made a few friends on here and have often said to dp about particular people "i'm sure we'd be friends in "real" life
Anyway, just wanted you all to know that and say, I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a happy, fun filled 2004 , and hope i still sit here next Year saying the same

Lovely message Angeliz, and from someone who is using it everyday at the moment, constantly picking myself back up, it is amazing

Its a shame that we don't have this type of friendship and support available to us in the 'real' world. Ive been a mn for over a year and it has been invaluable. I don't know how I bought ds1 up without it!

I didn't find out about mumsnet until a friend lent me the book when ds was 12 weeks (ish). Wish I'd known about it before! The amount of support available here is brilliant and some of the messages are so moving. If I need picking up, or just a good laugh, I know where to come. Thanks everyone and merry Christmas
