Is there a site I can use or will it be on the local council's site?

TIA

Not sure, but I'd like to check my council tax because I think we are paying far too much!

Probably the local council website as longa s you know the banding. We've just got our bill for next year [shock}

Nbg · 12/03/2006 21:48

I can't find anything on their site and I don't know what the band is either so I suppose it's no good.

I just wondered if their was a way of finding out through using the postcode.

Don't think so because the same post code could apply to several properties , all of which could theoretically be different. You could probably call the office tomorrow with the address and ask.

Yes I think that will be the only way.

Thanks Smile

I checked my house on there and its the same band we are in now, even though its dated 1993.
