Starsigns - what's yours? and are you like it says you should be?

I think starsigns are a bunch of old crapola.

but

Some things are true for us as a family (Me, DH and DS1 are all Taurus and DS2 is a Virgo).

The tauruses in our house are stubborn, proud and very materalistic

Poor old DS2, a Virgo (even though he is only 18 months old) is very into tidyness - he loves packing things away.

DH is Virgo and so tidy it is anal

DD is Scorpio.....I don't know what her characteristics are

we have friends who have the opposite to us i.e. virgo parents + 1 child and the other child is a taurus.

= 3 neat freaks + 1 stubborn git Grin

I'm Aquarius. I suppose I am typical of my sign, as I am unconventional, artistic etc etc etc, but apparently so are 1/12 of the world according to this, so I think it's bunkum myself.

I'm Aries, and its true I go straight in to things not really thinking etc only to see the concequences after! Blush I'm also very passionate about subjects / people close to my heart. Meant to be a bit selfish I think.. I really hope not!
Not sure about the rest of the family. Will have to look it up.

Virgo - yes, very typical of this sign! Same for my Dad and my brother - we are all typical Virgos (my poor, poor mother!!)

Pisces, which apparently means I'm shy, aloof, creative, mindful of and helpful to others, compassionate, gentle and kind. And if all that sounds too sickeningly sweet for you, on the negative side I'm self deprecating and blaming, depressive, too wrapped up in the problems of others, out of touch with reality, self pitying and too dependent.

I'm Virgo and quite typical. A strangely high number of my friends and family are also Virgo(including dh!), Capricorn and Taurus signs

I'm Virgo - fairly typical I think - a perfectionist, critical of others and myself, intelligent, reliable and practical. Not terribly tidy (not naturally anyway) but do like things to be tidy - if that makes sense.

Dh is a typical Leo - extremely generous and gregarious, loyal and a bit of a show off!

Oooooh my favourite kind of thread - I love star signs!!! Smile

I'm an aquarius and yes believe I am quite eccentric, like my own company and quite stubborn when I believe I am right. DD and I are very alike as she's aquarius but we very often clash.

DS is a typical gemini - two sided.
DP - Libran and is very tidy, always looks well turned out and very caring.

We are all 'air signs' and enjoy doing things together.

BonyM, apparently Virgoans are meant to hate chaos but are also attracted to it. At least that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!

It's interesting reading about other star signs as my 2 children are two different signs that I have never come across in my circle of friends or family over the years

i'm an aquarian but WigWamBam's description of herself sounds remarkably like me! (pisces though!). I also,apparently,have no "inbetween"!!!.According to my hubbie and my mates i'm unpredictable. They are never sure how i'm going to react to a situation. I'm either very calm,cool and collected while everybody around me are losing their heads or...i bite somebody's head off at the littlest of things!
my kids are all little "bulls" (Taurus) and,yes,they can all be very stubborn. However,as a rule, we seem to get on ok. My hubbie is an aries.we're quite a good partnership...most of the time!my Dad and I have a brilliant relationship...he's a Pisces but my Mother and I can never see eye to eye...not for long anyway!She's a Virgo and very critical of most things.(and will argue black is white!)

Aquarius boys are quite popular and also quite clever, they can be stubborn and lazy and not the tidiest of people.

Aries are very go getting people, very passionate and can be described as "drama queens" they are usually quite trendy little girls and are quite competitive.

Hope I am right.

Aries are definately "go getting". My Hubbie is very much so. Very ambitious which is just aswell as I most definately am not!
