Ulysees, I have learned enough Dutch to get by. My DH has dual nationality and is billingual so I decided to try to learn. I used Hugo "Dutch in three months". It was a book and a tape but DH wouldn't let me use the tape as he said it was too posh!! I found the structure very helpful. It starts off teaching you all the vowel and constonant sounds using carefully chosen words. They then link the words together, so if you can say "the garden is beautiful" you now can say "the x is x" once you have the vocab. I would thoroughly recommend it. It also explains the grammer which DH was unable to do much the same as I couldn't explain english grammer to a learner!!

HTH and good luck
